Tendonitis

Tendonitis is one of the most common musculoskeletal ailments. Often you get it in the elbow, shoulder or knee. A tendon is the connective tissue that

forms the transition between the muscle and the bone (bone). A tendinitis can

occur when the load is greater than what the tendon tissue has the capacity to tolerate. This is

often repetitive loads that occur over time and which eventually result in a stiff and

painful tendon. You can think of a tendinitis as an abrasion, you continue to

stick to the wound and it won't heal either. As with wounds, proper treatment is important

to get rid of the problem.

Treatment of tendinitis:

● Relief.

● Pressure wave treatment.

● Needle treatment of musculature.

● Exercises.

● Cortisone injection.

A tendinitis is a complex condition and it can often take time to get rid of it

the pain completely. Many have a good effect from conservative treatment by a chiropractor or

physical therapist. We can offer a good investigation and together we will come to the right conclusion
